LIABILITY & PHOTO RELEASE
AGREEMENT
I hereby grant United States Fire-arms Manufacturing Co, Inc. the right to
use the photographs/images uploaded by me on the www.usfirearms.com website
and on any other website affiliated with www.usfirearms.com. I expressly
release United States Fire-Arms Manufacturing Co, Inc. from any and all claims
which I may have in connection with the use of my pictures/images and I agree
that in no event will I be entitled to seek injunctive relief against against
United States Fire-arms Manufacturing Co, Inc. or its employees.
I, the photographer of this photograph, have voluntarily
agreed to submit this photograph for consideration
and possible use on the www.usfirearms.com website
(and affiliated websites). I will not receive any compensation
for such use and United States Fire-Arms Manufacturing
Co, Inc. does not guarantee that it will include or
consider all submissions.
I am at least 18 years of age and if the photograph
contains people every person in the photograph must
be at least 18 years of age and given their consent
for use on the www.usfirearms.com website.
DISPLAY OF PHOTOGRAPH
The posting of images/photographs is the sole
discretion of United States Fire-Arms Manufacturing
Co, Inc. and shall have the exclusive right to edit
the photograph for any reason, including, but not limited
to, cropping, deleting, blurring, enhancing and/or
otherwise modifying the photograph.
