Your 7.5" was dead nuts on point of aim @ 25 yards with a 250 lead round nose bullet and a decent charge of WW 231.  24 rounds of off-hand later I could cover the group with a tight fist!  Obviously the gun will shoot better....but that is about as good as I can do.  The first cylinder so easily went into the black that my face nearly cracked from the smile. Haven't had that big of grin in a long, long while!!   Please give the guys on the shop floor putting these guns together a huge "THANK YOU" from me will you? “Just a quick note to thank you and your Warranty Dept. I can't begin to tell you how pleased and impressed I am! Recently I sent my Rodeos, D961 and D962 in for warranty work. The hand spring on both guns had broken within minutes of each other, and D961 was not shooting to the point of aim. D961 was even returned with two targets, showing the before and after test firings. What a nice touch! On D962, there were scratches on the the barrel and the cylinder. When returned, both guns were fully re-blued and there is absolutely no trace of previous damage. Your self initiation in correcting this went above and beyond the requested repairs, thank you. I was greatly disappointed when my guns failed, but the handling of the problem, the speed in which they were returned, the quality of the work, the attention to the details, proof of the test firing, and going that “extra mile” made it all worth it. While in for the repairs, I had the guns up-graded and fitted with the Tru-Ivory grips. Imagine how surprised I was when opening the boxes for the first time! Though the factory hard rubber grips are nicely finished, however, they can not begin to compare with the Tru-Ivory grips! The fit is fantastic and the look is simply stunning!! You really do have a crew of ‘craftsmen’ that obviously take great pride in their skills and workmanship.
