RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIREMENTS Effective March 1, 2007, all returns for both warranty and non-warranty work must have a Return Authorization Number (RA number). If it's determined that the firearm does fall under our warranty criteria, USFA will reimburse the customer up to $30. On warranty items, USFA will pay for overnight return shipping to the owner. The RA Number must be clearly indicated on the package or the package will not be accepted. Contact USFA Service for this number.
